It's the SAD time of year

No, not that one - this one:

Flipping Seasonal Anxiety Disorder

Sheer laziness has prevailed the past couple of months.  Weight gained, lack of riding, vacation in of all dreadful places - Florida (during our little bout of snow no less) ..blah, blah blah.  The good news:  It's seems a very predictable pattern has emerged.

Not quite though.  Last year around this time the weight was melting nicely.  A twice-weekly cross-fit sort of class was administered.  This year - a touch heavier and zero alternative fitness.

So it starts.  Panic attacks, self doubt - blah, blah, blah.

Just pathetic.

I'm going down to the basement to try some bendy core stuff.

  1. Can I offer you some cheese to go with that?
Come to the land of steady habits and ride with me.

  2. Cheese is fattening - but oh so tasty.

  3. Don't forget the delicous winter beers, that's been my down fall so far.

  4. Just so you know, I have 5 boxes of girl scout cookies coming to add to the two we already have.

  5. Family support makes all the difference.

  6. as long as you're in shape for the bb12...
